Our approach
My therapeutic approach
Attending therapy and being present is one of the bravest things a person can do. It is not always easy to ask for help, or to acknowledge you are feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope. The journey can be hard at times, however the personal freedom you can achieve with greater self-awareness and understanding will enable you to move forward more positively.
As integrative counsellors, we fully tailor sessions to your unique needs, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based modalities including psychodynamic, humanistic, trauma-informed CBT, family therapy, marital therapy, bereavement support, group therapy, and team/workplace therapy all offered in a confidential and non-judgmental space where you always hold full autonomy. You remain the expert on your life. We decide together what feels helpful.

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families through trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, and life transitions. I work with adults and young people aged 16 and over.
As a survivor, published author, and University of Roehampton Chancellor's 2025 Innovation and Inspiration Alumni Award winner, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice, creating a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply human.
I am passionate about working with people from all backgrounds, with a particular focus on the Black community, faith communities, and those affected by cancer and serious illness. I hold a BSc in Radiotherapy and Oncology, which informs my specialist understanding of health-related trauma and the emotional impact of serious diagnosis.
